Presenting the nominees for the Ukraine Startup Awards

Four weeks ago The Next Web, Eastlabs and IDCEE introduced the Ukraine Startup Awards – an online competition celebrating the best startups, entrepreneurs and best investors in the country. Out of over 15.000 nominations, the TNW jury has chosen 30 nominees. Vote now for your favourite startup or investor!

Since the announcement of the Ukraine Startup Awards four weeks ago we've had more than 15.000 nominations over the seven categories. After this successful first phase it's now time to start the voting process as we've narrowed down the nominees to 30:

Online voting starts now
Anybody can still vote for their favorite startup, entrepreneur or investor until 11 o'clock GMT (12am CET) on Monday February 18th. The winners will be presented online. 

The companies that get the most votes in their category will receive a ticket to TNW Conference Europe and of course, eternal fame.

TNW, Eastlabs and IDCEE will host an intimate Kiev Meetup that takes place on Tuesday February 19th. From 8pm TNW CEO Zee M. Kane would love to meet with nominees, winners and others from the Ukraine tech scene at (, 2 Baseina Street, 01004, Kiev 

The TNW Startup Awards try to discover the best startups in Europe by focussing on 12 local tech hubs. Berlin, London, Dublin, Paris, Bucharest, Barcelona, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Kiev, Moscow, Istanbul and Copenhagen.

After the online awards, meetups with a TNW co-founder or editor will take place in Berlin,  London, Dublin, Paris, Barcelona, Bucharest, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Kiev, Moscow, Istanbul and Copenhagen. The categories of the awards are: Startup of the Year, best (co-)founder, best web app, best mobile app, best user experience, slickest design and best investor. The TNW Startup Awards are voted for by the public through their preferred social media channel.
